Minnie, Sara G, Maria, Leon, Jennitte. Are so wonderful and amazing. They are so respectful to my mom , and make her laugh. And when she calls for help they are there right away. And sometimes they peek in to she if she needsanything when doesn’t call. And if they are busy the peek to let her know they will be back. And the Evening shift, Antonette, Alex. Thank so much for all you do.

Wonderful. I have had five years post recovery and have not fallen yet. Physical Therapy team did me very well. BLT: No lifting bending or twisting. It works. Thank you thank you thank you. Three flights of stairs. Daily. I live. And the friends I had to abandon there.

Time to your room is short, the staff is great, the food is good although my finicky partner had me go to subway a couple of times. If you have a complaint they are in your room in no time and they fix what bothers you. My partner needed a lot of physical therapy and Mike got him up and going in the time we had there. Linda, one of the rn’s, was delightful. And I can’t say enough about the cna’s. They conduct a weekly care team meeting where all the caregivers meet with us and discuss progress of rehab and determine the discharge date. About a 20minute drive from western Beaverton in forest grove, I highly recommend this place. My experience there has been pleasant.

I’m glad to be able to fill out this form. I have been at this facility 2 × 4 rehab. And I have to tell you, it is amazing. The staff here at Forrest Grove, acute has brought me back twice. I cannot be happier. The staff is incredible. Whether it’s an RNA therapist, a CNA or kitchen help or housekeeping, they all work like the team together, they are absolutely wonderful to the patients. I was treated like a king, and I was so happy to make the progress I made. I would give this 5 stars at the drop of a hat.Thank you for everything you did for me.You extended my life greatly.Thank you

You’d be hard pressed to find a place more warm and welcoming. You can tell every staff member is truly passionate about what they do. If you want the best and most attentive care around, this is your place to be. Shout out to Amanda specifically for being an absolute joy. I would trust them with any of my loved ones ♥️

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! NURSES HAVE YELLED AT MY GRANDMOTHER! All her belongings were stolen. The doctor gave her medication she didn’t need that hurt her. STAFF WAS NEVER EVER ON THE SAME PAGE.

I’m currently here and it’s been pretty awesome! (I’m writing this of my own free will, the only influence is appreciation) I have some mental issues so that’s probably part of it but sometimes I feel like a queen here! Literally everyone is friendly or atleast all the staff, which is what’s really important. Therapy here is fun but focused which honestly makes it easier to do and look forward to. I could go on and on n on! Seriously! Everyone talks about healthcare food being bland but here it’s delicious. Consistently my favorite parts of the day are when food comes! I think last month we had chili so good I started singing Rihanna’s only girl in the world cause it tasted so good, I’m a Taurus so food, especially good food = happy bull. They are also really cool with visitors, my mom has practically visited every night and no one has been weird or chastised either of us. I really appreciate that because I’m a total momma’s kid. Anyway great place a sincere thank you to all the staff! I don’t see myself forgetting their kindness for the rest of my life. No lie.

This place is a terrible neighbor to the neighborhood its in. They are located right next to an apartment complex. But more specifically there smoking area and dumpster area is right on the property line. So all of us that live on the other side of the fence has to smell everyone’s nasty cigarettes and vape that travels right into our windows. We also have to deal with the shitty manager who comes to work in a jeep with his music blaring in the early mornings as well as hear whatever drama is going on in his life as he loudly yells on the phone at his kids while blowing cigarette smoke up to our windows. We also have to deal with the disgusting smell of their dumpsters because they never close the lids on them. And from 550am to 12am midnight we have to hear that terrible sound of trash cans being rolled back and forth across the parking lot asphalt all day and night long. They also get trash and recycling pickup and sysco delivery way too early for a neighborhood. And there’s no reason those services couldn’t come at a later time. So if youre a night worker and live here, youre screwed, if you dont like bad smells youre screwed, if you like to sleep at all youre screwed. If you ever like to have a window open youre screwed living next to this place. Everyone in the forest place apartments hates you people.

Forest Grove Post Acute easily has the best food I have ever experienced in the 10 years I have been working in skilled nursing care as an SLP. It’s always hot, fresh and a widely varied menu. Highly highly highly recommended on this alone.

Dropped in and staff were helpful, worked as a team and respectful of their clients! Clean!!! Staff had the patients out doing their exercises!

An amazing and caring facility. Top notch across the board. Highly recommend for any family members and friends admitting at Forest Grove.

I’m a close relative of someone staying here. As a daily visitor I appreciate the inviting nature of the facility. And though I visit often, it’s always unannounced and so I have a sense of how the staff performs “when no one is looking”. It is with the utmost gratitude I can say that Forest Grove cares for residents in an exceptionally professional manner, while also delivering tenderly personal moments which seems to make everyone feel truly cared for. I don’t want to imagine the difficulties of caring for my loved one alone, and I’m glad to have a partner in Forest Grove Post Acute helping our family through this journey.
